WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY . . .

Thank you, Ms. Rutan, for your presentation on Business Acumen and Etiquette.  It was an entertaining and informative presentation.  I am certain that all that attended learned some etiquette and socials skills (I know that I did!).  Thank you again for your willingness to share your expertise with our group.

Lynn Rutan proved to be an effective speaker at the June 2008, SMPS Florida Regional Conference in Stuart.  Her exciting public speaking style combined with her educational topic was a hit with all of the conference attendees. With Lynn’s extensive experience in the A/E/C industry, she was able to speak from several different perspectives.  We would welcome Lynn to any future Florida Regional Conference events, and know she would be an asset to any conference or speaking engagement.

Dear Ms. Rutan:

I would like to thank you for the wonderful and informative presentation you gave.  I was not sure what to expect at first, thinking it would be the "same old stuff," but in the end, I found myself very pleasantly surprised.  I was happy to see that this wasn’t just a “what fork do I use” presentation on etiquette, but how it ran the gamut on all facets of conducting oneself both in the workplace and outside.

You were very professional, and I liked your easy style and the way you interacted with others.  I was reminded of the importance of how lasting first impressions are, not just in person, but with writing a letter and with email as well.

Thank you once again for the professional yet funny presentation, you did a great job.

"Lynpresented a Review of Basic Grammar Skills for our monthly Marketers' Resource Group meeting (SMPS - Tampa Bay Chapter). Most would think that a grammar review would be boring and redundant, but Lynn's presentation was the complete opposite. It was well thought-out, informative, well presented, and at times, quite entertaining. She held her audience's attention and made sure to address any and all questions. We would love to have her back in the near future!"

Lynn,

I would like to thank you for presenting both your Business Acumen & Etiquette and Review of Basic Grammar Skills to my firm.  I liked the idea of you coming to the office so my staff wouldn't have to leave; it was very convenient for all of us.

What surprised us the most was that both presentations were rather amusing, and not boring as one might think.  I can honestly say we all walked away learning something new and I would recommend you and these presentations to everyone.

Thanks for such a fun learning experience, it was time well spent.

Dear Alexxus Design:

As an out of work superintendent in the construction industry, I knew I needed to update my resume as I continue to look for work.  Not being much of a writer, my girlfriend said I needed to get some help with this.  I knew my resume needed a lot of work, but didn't know how much.  I can't believe the difference between what I sent you and what I got back.  I also like the way you made my references and cover letter all match.  Your time and service is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the help.
